Delivery Times

Standard orders are usually dispatched within 8 - 10 working days from the date of order.
If the item is unavailable, we will let you know and issue a full refund.
Non Europe packages are extended to approximately 21 working days.

You may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package.
As each country has different customs, we cannot be responsible for the delays and fees.
The best thing would be to contact the customs directly.

Shipping charges

2 € - Worldwide flat rate for post cards, up to 19 cards

Return Policy

Purchases can be returned for a full refund, minus shipping charges, within 28 days from delivery date. 
Any goods returned must be returned in its original packaging, in the condition in which you received them,
shall neither have been used, nor have suffered any damage.

Please contact our Customer Services within 48 hours of receiving your order, so we can discuss a return.

stating your order number and the nature of the problem.
Packages sent back without a prior email will not be accepted.
